Performance Feature - Safer
  1. Mature corner tube technology makes water circulation safer without special requirement for water quality, meeting GB1576 "Industrial Boiler Water Quality" is enough. Low pipe burst risk with safer operation;
  2. FIR low-nitrogen combustion technology eliminates flue gas condensate water corrosion from FGR combustion technology and deflagration and backfire risks from premixed combustion technology, ensuring safer operation.
  3. Adopting independent double protection circuit and safe redundancy design with PLC controllers independent from each other. Double protection realizes the integration of boiler, furnace and controller, making the operation safer.
  4. Condenser adopts 316L material, eliminating the risk of condensate water corrosion and ensuring safer operation.
Performance Feature – Energy-Saving
  1. Deep condensation, smoke temperature ≤ 48℃, thermal efficiency ≥103%, which saves 4-6 m3 natural gas per ton of steam than common condensing boilers.
  2. FIR low-nitrogen combustion technology makes combustion efficiency higher and oxygen content (O²) 3% below. When compared with FGR combustion technology (oxygen content 4~6%) and premixed combustion technology (oxygen content 6-8%), FIR reduces exhaust gas heat loss and improves comprehensive operating efficiency by 5% above, more energy saving.
  3. Large boiler drum space & unique design of steam drum internals provides better steam-water separation effect with steam dryness achieving ≥ 99%. Low pipe losses with high energy efficiency.
  4. Fast steam generation (Steam can be generated in 5 minutes from cold state). Multiple boilers can be connected in parallel with a wide load adjustment range and more energy saving operation.

  1. Fully water-cooled large-chamber furnace design with FIR low-nitrogen combustion technology makes volumetric heat load ≤ 500 kW/m3， temperature field more evenly distributed and a reduced generation & emission of rapid nitrogen oxides, with NOx≤28 mg/Nm3 at 20-100% full load.
